He has turned this experience into a soon to be released book ‘ERP shouldn’t mean Extra Risky Proposition.’ The book covers a complete analysis of successes and project pitfalls. By analyzing and replicating the best practices of hundreds of past companies’ use of software to enhance their organization, Hammons has charted a measurable methodology with defined goals and accountability. This methodology enables outstanding outcomes that convert the expense of software into a company-wide profit center.
