Thanks to the folks at ERP Focus for nominating SpecTech-ular the Blog for “Best Independent ERP Blog”. Competition is pretty stiff so I’m not holding my breath, but it’s nice to be mentioned in the same category as some of the top names in the industry.
Just in case, I better get right on this…notes for acceptance speech…
I’d like to thank my Agent…but I don’t have one. And all the guys at McMillan Publishing…don’t know them either, I guess that would violate the “Independent” part of “Best Independent ERP Blog”… I’d like to thank my wife, who now has some evidence that all the time spent at the computer is not in search of internet floozies, – wait – that didn’t sound right…managed to insult the wife and the floozies in the same sentence…
Just goes to show, don’t make fun of blathering acceptance speeches til you’ve had to write one yourself.
I’ll go practice my blathering and get back to you on the off-chance the judges are drinking heavily during the holiday season and accidentally vote my little blog into the big-time.
